The trade mark of Plaza Mall Company is registered in the ministry of trade and recorded in the official news paper of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan which is for the trade marks and if there is any invasion on it or on the dependable name, the administration of Plaza Mall Company will put the maximum legality punishments which is required to protect its rights.

12. Plaza Mall will give the maximum punishment to who, dissent the previous conditions.

13. The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan laws over-rule these conditions, therefore its courts shall have the exclusive power to resolve any disputes that may arise.
